BASEMIA, THE CREATIVE BASE

It’s what all professional ice cream makers dream about – the creation of their own bases to a unique, exclusive recipe, which is obviously a secret!

As from today, all this is possible. How? With Basemia, the new idea from Montebianco to enhance the ice cream maker’s creativity. Versatile and absolutely unique, Basemia can in fact be customised by adding flavourings as required, including vanilla, cream, condensed milk, butter and bouquet.

This means that the ice cream maker can select not only the flavour that best satisfies his requirements, but can even adjust the intensity of that flavour on the basis of his own experience, and truly make his own personal ice cream.

Basemia is available in a version to be pasteurised with milk, sugar and cream, as well as in the pasteurisation free which requires no pasteurisation and is therefore even easier to use.
